Summary:

The addition of instant coffee and cinnamon enhances the depth of the chocolate flavor, making these cookies an irresistible delight. Perfect for festive occasions or as an everyday indulgence. I've been gifting them during holiday times, and almost everyone has asked me for the recipe—they were a huge hit, and everyone loved them!

Ayurvedic Profile:
Chocolate crinkle cookies tend to be more Kapha and Pitta dominant due to their dense, sweet, and slightly oily nature. The warming spices (cinnamon and coffee) help balance Vata, but the sugar and chocolate aggravate Pitta in excess.
