Why this course?

To approach well-being from this angle is one of those things that are so obvious that they are hidden in plain sight. It means to start where you are: in your own body. Menstruation is not just something that comes to annoy you for a few days every month; it's an invitation to become aware of the whole cycle and the power that comes with it.

Who am I?

I was born in Kumamoto,  Japan, and my mother was teaching yoga while pregnant with me. Since then, yoga and other healing arts have been part of my life. I grew up with my dad who never ever gave me any kind of allopathic medicine. He's a shiatsu and acupuncture doctor. I have lived on every continent, learned many valuable things, and I'm happy to share those gifts with people.
